I bought Tom’s cd and book and all there was on it was bragging and jibberish. There is no step by step proceedure to follow but he promises $30,000 sales within 90 days. How can this be if one doesn’t know how? I went to a banker and he had stated this isnt a easy proceedure for someone that doesnt understand the market. So how can Tom Butler say this? Is he scamming to make money?

When in the process does it happen?

To give you some background….

I know of a buyer’s agent who has already made an offer for his client - but has no idea how much commission he’s working for. Is this the norm with short sales? Why would a buyer’s agent get involved?

They state on their cd’s that they will fund a short sale only if you are a “student ” from one of their seminars. But I hear that they try to sell you on the coaching for 20K !..Does anyone know if signing up for coaching is also required to qualify for the funding?
